Description / Action:
Meriquin tablets contain enrofloxacin. Enrofloxacin is a second generation quinolone having a broad spectrum activity against disease caused by Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria along with Mycoplasmal and Chlamydial infections.

By oral route only
For Dog & Cat:
5 mg/kg BW once a day for 5 days.
treatment can be extended up to 7-10 days In case of severe infections.
Overdosage / Side effects / Contraindications /Warnings:
Not indicated for use in young dogs & cats of less than 1 year of age. Irreversible retinal damage in cats has been reported with overdosage of enrofloxacin.

Normal storage precautions can be followed.

Not for use in cats less than 8 weeks of age, dogs not less than 1 year of age (large breed dogs not before 18 months of age).
